September in Washington durchgef\u00fchrten Gespr\u00e4chen stand der Austausch \u00fcber aktuelle Trends im Franchise sowie die operative Ausrichtung der Verbandsaktivit\u00e4ten auf deutscher und amerikanischer Seite auf der Agenda. Am Gedankenaustausch nahmen auch Vertreter des Franchiseverbandes aus Brasilien teil. Den DFV repr\u00e4sentierte neben Vizepr\u00e4sident Matthias Lehner auch DFV-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Torben L. Brodersen. Schwerpunkte der Beratungen waren u.a.:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tools zur Imagef\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr Franchise im Allgemeinen<\/li>\n<li>Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebote f\u00fcr Franchisemanager<\/li>\n<li>Einbindung von Franchisenehmern in die Verbandsarbeit<\/li>\n<li>Social-Media im Besonderen<\/li>\n<li>PR-Arbeit im Allgemeinen<\/li>\n<li>Research und Themensetzung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dabei durfte auch der Besuch eines Best-Practices nicht fehlen: Die Franchise-Delegation konnte sich im Headquarter des Marriotts International \u00fcber moderne Arbeits- und Kommunikationsstrukturen informieren und diese inspirierenden Eindr\u00fccke mit in die Heimatorganisationen zur\u00fcck nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir vom DFV wollen jetzt in die n\u00e4chste Evolutionsstufe eintreten und unseren Organisationsgrad deutlich erh\u00f6hen. Was liegt da n\u00e4her, als die Grundlagen des Erfolges der IFA als gr\u00f6\u00dftem Franchiseverband weltweit zu analysieren.
