\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Im Rahmen eines Round Tables bei unserem Vollmitglied Subway wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fokusgruppe Gastronomie dar\u00fcber diskutiert, welche Prozesse und Ans\u00e4tze n\u00f6tig sind, um Franchisenehmer zur aktiven Mitarbeit zu motivieren. Am Praxisbeispiel des Gastgebers wurde die Grundlage f\u00fcr einen sehr intensiven und engagierten Meinungs- und Ideenaustausch unter den Teilnehmern gelegt. In zwei Workshoprunden wurde \u00fcber Innovationsmanagement heute<\/em> und morgen<\/em> diskutiert, um darauf fu\u00dfend Handlungsempfehlungen f\u00fcr Franchisesysteme herauszuarbeiten. Diese Handlungsempfehlungen werden aktuell zusammengefasst und exklusiv den Mitgliedern des Deutschen Franchiseverbandes zeitnah zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Ein gro\u00dfer Dank gilt dem Gastgeber Subway, der mit einem rundum Sorglospaket f\u00fcr eine kurzweilige und konstruktive Veranstaltung gesorgt hatte.<\/p>\n
